We verify listings using the process described on our About Us page, and each verified listing shows the date it was last confirmed. Even so, hours, menus, and prices can change without notice on the restaurant's side between checks. Always confirm time-sensitive details directly with the restaurant before a visit that depends on them.
4. Reviews & submissions
If you submit a review, correction, or restaurant listing, you're confirming it's honest and based on your own experience or firsthand knowledge. We can edit, decline, or remove any submission that's false, abusive, off-topic, or that appears to be posted by the business itself pretending to be a customer. You keep ownership of what you write; by submitting it you give us permission to publish and display it on the site.
5. Intellectual property
The Guidespot Info name, logo, and site design belong to us. Restaurant names, photos, and menu details belong to their respective owners and are shown here for informational, directory purposes.
6. Third-party links
The site may link out to restaurant websites, delivery platforms, or social profiles we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The site and its listings are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guidespot Info isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on a listing.
